Operations Mechanic

For our client in the Zurich area, we are looking for an independent and reliable individual as an Operations Mechanic to start immediately or by arrangement. You will be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of technical systems, thereby making an important contribution to safe and reliable operations.

Your Tasks

• Perform mechanical installation and maintenance work on technical systems
• Conduct and document annual operational and statutory inspections
• Document maintenance work comprehensively and carry out quality checks
• Implement small and medium project tasks on time and professionally
• Collaborate in the team during conversion work and pigging
• Perform THT measurements and create conversion programmes
• Carry out electrical installation and maintenance work in accordance with NIV Art. 14/15
• Coordinate orders and appointments with authorities and customers

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or recognised equivalent qualification in the mechanical field
• Experience in operating pipeline systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Good oral and written German skills
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to travel
• Independent, careful and team-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of a varied field of activity and contact with internal and external parties
