Technical Security Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support the CISO in creating and implementing the information security strategy and concepts 
• Participate in the design and implementation of the OT/IT security architecture to ensure it withstands current threats
• Advise departments on technical security solutions and standards
• Develop, adapt, implement, and monitor information security policies
• Identify OT/IT risks
• Ensure that information security policies are adhered to in projects, initiatives, and changes
• Review the effectiveness of implemented organizational and technical security measures
• Keep up to date with knowledge and technology in the field of information security through national and international exchange of experience and targeted participation in relevant committees.
• Manage and further develop the Advanced Threat Detection solution (Splunk, CyberVision, Secure Network analytics, etc.)

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship in computer science, professional certificate, higher technical school or university of applied sciences
• Possible additional training: postgraduate / CAS / MAS in information security, CISSP, CISM, or similar
  
• Relevant specialized courses in IT fields
• Experience in: current security technologies (authentication, cryptology, etc.) 
• Network technology
• ISO-27000 standards
• Process informatics in the energy sector
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
• Absolute trustworthiness
