We are expanding our team! Your area of responsibility

Production planning & control

Capacity management: rough planning

Order processing/management: creation/coordination of production orders

Process assurance: release of orders, provision of resources, corrective measures in case of deviations

Master data maintenance: maintenance and monitoring of planning-relevant material master data

Operational purchasing & material disposition

Demand coverage: disposition of raw, auxiliary, packaging and operating materials as well as customer-supplied materials

Order processing: complete purchasing process up to invoice approval

Supplier management: complaint handling and preparation of consignment account statements

Your profile

Qualification: completed commercial training, ideally with pharmaceutical, chemical or food sector experience and/or further training in supply chain/purchasing (e.g. process specialist, purchasing specialist)

Experience: relevant professional experience in production planning and/or operational purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing industrial environment

ERP & IT user knowledge: solid experience with ERP systems (PP/MM module), affinity for MS Office applications (especially Excel)

Language skills: business fluent German and good English skills
