As Project Manager Digitalisation, you will actively accompany Walde on its path to the digital future and ensure that our processes become even smarter, more efficient and more customer-oriented. In this role, you not only bring projects to completion but also bring people together.

Your core tasks

• Project management & coordination • Independent management and implementation of digitalisation projects • Planning and control of schedules, budgets, resources and quality • Professional coordination of project teams including backlog management and active follow-up of 
  tasks• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners• Moderation of workshops as well as preparation of decision-making bases 
• Business analysis & process optimisation • Recording and analysing business processes as well as developing concrete optimisation measures• Translating professional needs into structured and actionable requirements • Central interface between real estate consultants and support services• Active participation in the design and further development of our marketing processes
• Change management
  • Active support of employees with new processes, systems and technologies • Planning and conducting training sessions as well as go-live support • Promoting acceptance of new tools and processes
• Documentation & knowledge management
  • Maintenance of process documentation, checklists and aids • Ensuring structured knowledge transfer • Transparent information management in case of process changes

Your profile

• Several years of experience in independently managing projects, ideally in the digitalisation environment
• Experience in business analysis, process optimisation and formulating professional requirements 
• Good knowledge of project management methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and business processes; experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex contexts clearly
• High communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders 
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style with strong implementation skills
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility, actively driving topics forward and inspiring people for change
• Very good German and good English skills
