Wound Expert (50%)

What awaits you:

You work during the day from Monday to Friday
You are part of a small team of wound experts who independently care for our clients at all locations in the area of wounds
As a specialist in wounds, you are responsible for competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients in the area of wounds
You take case responsibility for a certain number of clients in the area of wounds, including planning, control and monitoring of the care process
You maintain interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors and other services and are the contact person for wound-related questions for our employees

What you bring:

Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
Further training as a wound expert
Several years of professional experience and broad expertise
An independent, responsible way of working
Openness, flexibility and empathy
Willingness to travel by car
