The Platform
With approximately €12 billion in assets under management, CA Indosuez is a significant investor in private markets through its Tiera Capital Funds, with a strong focus on opportunities across Europe, North America and Asia. The dedicated investment team executes 40 to 50 investments per year, combining:
primary commitments,
secondary transactions, both lead and co-investments,
direct co-investments in operating companies.
The Private Markets platform spans a wide range of strategies, including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure and secondary investments.
Your Role – Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate
As a Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate, you will be involved in the sourcing, analysis and execution of investments in real assets — including real estate and infrastructure — as well as private credit, with a particular focus on primary commitments into external funds.
Your key responsibilities will include:
identifying, evaluating and executing real assets and private credit investment opportunities;
drafting investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee;
monitoring the existing portfolio and preparing related reporting;
contributing to transaction execution and structuring in coordination with internal teams and external counsel;
managing deal flow and maintaining investment monitoring tools;
conducting ad hoc reviews of external funds for distribution purposes.
The role reports to the Head of Real Assets & Private Credit within the Private Markets investment team and is primarily based in Geneva.
