Mandate Manager Fiduciary - Finance & Tax Services (m/f/d)

Role:
You are at home in fiduciary services and want to competently support companies in financial and tax matters? You appreciate personal exchange, enjoy working independently, and keep an overview even in complex situations? In this role, you manage a diverse portfolio of mandates and are an important trusted advisor for business and tax matters.
Responsibilities:
You support small and medium-sized enterprises in all matters relating to finance, accounting, and taxes.
You are responsible for ongoing financial and payroll accounting and ensure correct and timely processing.
You prepare monthly, interim, and annual financial statements and explain the results directly to clients.
You handle tax returns for individuals and companies and assist with tax-related questions.
You identify optimisation opportunities in financial processes and actively contribute your expertise to mandate management.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in independently managing fiduciary mandates.
You have completed further training as a fiduciary with a Swiss federal diploma, in finance and accounting, or as a certified fiduciary expert.
You possess solid knowledge in financial accounting, financial statement preparation, and tax consulting.
Experience with Abacus is an advantage. You also work confidently with digital accounting processes.
You are a responsible and customer-oriented person who keeps a cool head even during busy periods and enjoys working in a team.
