About the job
Actively shape the nursing training of tomorrow: For our Dementia Competence Centres Elfenau and Wildermettpark, we are looking for you as a committed personality for the role of Vocational Training Manager Nursing. In this key role, you take responsibility for the quality of training – and at the same time significantly influence the establishment and further development of the innovative training centre at Domicil Elfenau.
You ensure the high quality of practical training by implementing guidelines, further developing processes, and participating in internal and external quality reviews. In your professional-pedagogical leadership role, you accompany and support the trainers, coordinate their assignments, and promote their development.
