Your tasks
As an assistant to our CCO and his team, you will take on a variety of tasks to ensure their daily routine runs smoothly. Humour, organisational talent, and a lot of flexibility are part of your nature.
- Management and coordination of calendars including spontaneous adjustments
- Planning, organising, and follow-up of meetings, business trips, and events
- Various correspondence in English and German as well as preparation of documents and presentations in both languages
- Contact person and interface for internal and external contacts
Your profile
- Excellent language skills in German and English (C1)
- 4+ years of experience as an assistant
- Strong organisational skills and a talent for multitasking
- Flexibility, resilience, and a cool head even in stressful moments
- Confident and charming demeanour with a sense of humour
- Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
