These are your tasks
- Leadership and further development of the controlling team
- Responsibility for reporting, budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning
- Analysis and preparation of financial and performance indicators
- Further development of management information systems and controlling instruments as well as cost, contribution margin and performance accounting
- Preparation of decision-making bases for management and leadership committees
- Consulting the clinical departments on business management issues and participating in strategic and organisational projects
- Promoting understanding of financial contexts
- Ensuring transparent and target group-appropriate reporting
This is what you bring
- Higher business administration education (FH/university) or comparable qualification (e.g. expert in accounting & controlling)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in controlling
- Sound knowledge in financial, performance and cost controlling
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented working style as well as high IT affinity
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and REKOLE
- Communicative and structured personality with enjoyment in collaborating with different professional groups
