CNC Polymechanic / Grinder, Miller and Décolleteur (all genders)

About the job

For our clients in the Greater Thun area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for 3 competent CNC polymechanics/production mechanics with experience in grinding, milling and turning.

Your tasks:

• as grinder: Grinding of special tools made of carbide, ceramic on CNC and conventional machines with programming
• as miller/programmer: Milling on multi-axis CNC machines, sinker and wire erosion, maintenance work on machines and in toolmaking
• as décolleteur: Turning of precision parts, programming on Tornos, setting up, operating CNC automatic lathes, monitoring various systems in medical technology

Additional tasks for all professions:

• Quality control of manufactured tools
• Maintenance and cleaning of operating equipment
• Additional responsible tasks if suitable

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as production mechanic or polymechanic
• Experience in the respective professions and as a versatile production mechanic
• Very good knowledge of German
• Independent, precise, responsible, efficient
• Team player, resilient, willing to work and flexible
