Job Description
Located on the shores of Lake Geneva within The Woodward Geneva, the restaurant Le Jardinier offers contemporary French cuisine highlighting seasonal produce, vegetables and local ingredients. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management, you are responsible for the smooth operational running of the restaurant and the customer experience.
In this capacity, you will be required to:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations.
- Manage, train and support the front-of-house teams daily.
- Ensure an impeccable level of service in line with luxury standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in scheduling and team organisation.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
- Participate in monitoring performance indicators and optimising operating costs.
- Be proactive in continuously improving the customer experience.

Qualifications
- Experience: You hold a degree in Hospitality and Catering and have significant experience in a similar establishment.
- Personality: Dynamic, responsive and with a strong team spirit, you know how to unite your colleagues and guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
- Languages: Must speak, read and write French and English. A third language would be an advantage.
- Availability: As soon as possible.
