Debt Collection Clerk 80-100% (a)
Your tasks
- You independently manage debt collection cases and find appropriate solutions together with the parties involved
- You handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - both individual and standardised
- You advise our clients by telephone and provide information to various stakeholders
- You settle debt collection cases and ensure careful administrative processing
What you bring
- A commercial education and professional experience in debt enforcement, debt collection, accounts receivable management or property management
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- A sense of responsibility, quality awareness and initiative
- Enjoyment of communication and teamwork
