For our Swiss branch in Dagmersellen in the canton of Lucerne, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive personality as

Mechanic (4-shift) m/f/d 100%

In this versatile position, you are responsible for the professional maintenance of our cigarette production lines and independently carry out maintenance and repair work as required.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring smooth operation of the assigned production equipment
• Leading the respective machine group while adhering to the specified targets
• Responsible for compliance with production management and quality requirements
• Performing maintenance, service, repair work including preventive maintenance
• Assisting with projects in the machine hall as well as developing solution proposals to improve machine performance
• Co-responsible for training and supporting employees at the equipment

Your qualifications and professional experience

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic (polymechanic, machine mechanic, automotive or agricultural mechanic) or automation technician
• Professional experience in production technology and/or operational maintenance
• Experience in process control and automation, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge are advantageous
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, oral English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work in shift operation is required (rotating early shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, late shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm as well as night shift from 10:30 pm to 5:30 am)
