Job Description
As an Employee (m/f/d) Warehouse & Logistics, you are responsible for the professional handling of all physical goods movements, order picking, and timely production supply while consistently adhering to the strict safety and logistics regulations of a chemical company.
Your Tasks - Versatile and Process-Accurate
On-Site Status: This position is carried out entirely on-site at our production location in Kreuzlingen.
Goods Movement & Order Picking: Professional loading and unloading of trucks as well as storage and retrieval of our goods according to the FIFO principle, including packing and labelling of shipments for worldwide dispatch.
Production Supply: Timely and reliable provision of components and raw materials directly at our production lines.
Process Compliance & Documentation: Exact execution of our production and logistics regulations as well as seamless documentation strongly supported by checklists and ERP systems.
Safety & Cleanliness: Consistent adherence to order, cleanliness, and the strict safety guidelines of a chemical company throughout the warehouse area.
Team Support: Active participation in the annual inventory, year-end closings, as well as willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasional flexible assignments outside regular hours (e.g. in case of freight delays or production delays).
Qualifications
Your Profile - Flexible Team Player with a Focus on Safety
Training & Experience: Successfully completed vocational training (preferably logistics specialist EFZ/EBA) or comparable solid professional experience in warehouse logistics – ideally in an industrial or chemical environment.
Driving Experience: Valid, SUVA-recognised forklift licence with verifiable driving experience.
Safety and Quality Awareness: High awareness of occupational safety when handling chemicals (hazardous goods) as well as an exact, structured working method according to checklists.
Personality & Team Spirit: Genuine team player with high tolerance, open and honest communication, pronounced ability to accept criticism, and continuous willingness to learn for constant workplace improvement (5S/Kaizen).
IT & Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of PC applications (Google Workspace / MS Office) and ERP systems.
