Your exciting area of responsibility
Laboratory technicians EFZ in the field of chemistry develop new compounds in a team. They calculate, weigh, separate, mix, heat, and cool. They work with glass apparatus and computer-assisted measuring devices. The reaction processes are planned, carried out, and documented in the preparative laboratory. In the analytical laboratory, the quality and composition of the chemical compounds or products are checked. The activities of laboratory technicians in the field of chemistry can be summarized as "systematic experimentation".
Your profile
- Completion of compulsory schooling (at least secondary level E)
- Enjoyment of mathematics, chemistry, physics
- Good German skills (native language or at least level B2), English is an advantage
- Precise work and manual skills
- Reliable and team-oriented personality with good observational skills
