We are looking for the Administrative Site Les Pâquis for a:
Training Assistant Intern (M/F) at 100%

We ideally expect you from 1 October 2026 or as agreed, depending on your availability, for a duration of 6 months to 1 year.

YOU HAVE
- A higher education (Bachelor / Master) in progress or recently obtained.
- A strong interest in HR and training.
- A willingness to learn, curiosity, and proactivity.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigour in work and task follow-up.
- A sense of mutual aid and service, as well as flexibility.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
Supporting the Competence Management team, your main tasks are as follows:
- Contribute to the coordination of internal training and ensure its follow-up (logistical management and contacts with partners and trainers).
- Ensure a warm physical and telephone welcome for participants and various stakeholders.
- Update the internal training catalogue and the registration platform.
- Be a point of contact for internal clients.
- Participate in the organisation and running of events, such as:
- the welcome day for new employees,
- the "Dare All Trades" Day for employees’ children,
- sporting events (EHC Taking Care Programme)
- Contribute to updating databases and producing statistics.
- Collaborate with different team members according to ongoing projects.
