For these diverse and responsible tasks, we are looking for a

Lawyer in Criminal and Measures Enforcement (m/f/d)

from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

• Independent organisation of the enforcement of unconditional custodial sentences, inpatient therapeutic measures, and detentions
• Management, coordination, and supervision of enforcement
• Preparation of risk and intervention plans
• Processing of submissions from convicted persons and their legal representatives as well as regular contact with authorities, courts, enforcement institutions, and professionals from various disciplines
• Conducting hearings with minute-taking
• Preparation of orders

• Completed law degree (lic.iur. or Master) with professional experience ideally in public administration and interest in interdisciplinary, especially forensic, issues
• Holistic and structured thinker and actor with the willingness to take on a high level of responsibility
• Quick comprehension, assertiveness, as well as interest and willingness for further training in the field
• Very good oral and written communication skills
