• Preparation of occupational and private pension offers as well as contact person for consultants
• Preparation and review of occupational pension proposals within the underwriting process
• Organisational tasks and other administrative work
• Welcoming clients, managing the switchboard and processing mail

• You have a basic commercial education, preferably with specialist knowledge in the insurance or banking sector
• You are able to work independently as well as in a team
• You are reliable and service-oriented
• You have organisational talent and initiative
• Good command of the MS Office suite and use of new media
• You are able to manage written communication independently in Italian; preferably you have good knowledge of German
