Clinic Manager 100%

In this role, you are responsible for the personnel and economic management of our eye and attending physician clinic in Olten, with hospital status and the outpatient eye centre.

Tasks

• You are responsible for implementing the medical strategy as well as the clinic's training and further education programme, in coordination with the responsible doctors.
• As the person responsible for the clinic, you continuously develop the clinic by acquiring new attending physicians and ensure optimal utilisation of the operating room capacities.
• You actively shape the future procedural and spatial organisation. The focus is on future changes in medicine, necessary optimisations in efficiency, and the planned new building.
• Together with your management team, you ensure the success of the outpatient eye centre, the inpatient clinic, and the implementation of the cantonal service mandate.

Job Requirements

• As a clinic manager, you have completed training as a technical surgical assistant HF or expert in anaesthesia care NDS HF.
• Further training in business administration, personnel management, health management, or a related field.
• You have several years of professional and leadership experience in a business management role in the hospital sector or have already held a comparable position.
• Experience in optimising outpatient processes in the surgical area is a prerequisite.
• In this role, you communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience, are customer- and solution-oriented.
• As an authentic leader, you bring exceptionally good decision-making, planning, and organisational skills and implement improvements quickly.
• You contribute to joint success through closeness to operational business and team development.
• You are a winning personality who convinces, inspires, and motivates people through your integrative ability and natural demeanour.
