Job Description

• You lead your shift with clarity, responsibility and an open ear for your team.
• You plan and coordinate production orders and ensure timely, efficient and high-quality execution.
• In case of quality deviations, you investigate the causes and implement effective measures.
• You actively drive improvements and optimise delivery performance, costs, quality and safety.
• You specifically develop your employees and support them through regular discussions and feedback.

• You have completed a technical education, e.g. in mechanics or electrical engineering.
• You already have leadership experience, ideally in a production environment.
• You are familiar with production processes. Experience in cable manufacturing is a plus.
• You work confidently with MS365 and ERP systems such as SAP.
• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written. English skills are an advantage.
• You work in a structured way, think ahead and take responsibility.
• You are willing to work in a 2- to 3-shift operation.
