For our Volg branch Knonau we are looking for a motivated and responsible person as Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) 80-100% from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement. (Ambitions for training as a store manager desired)

Essentially, you are responsible for the following tasks

Always "fresh and friendly" advice and support for our customers
You support the store management in various work processes
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Ensuring and organizing a regulated daily routine in the sales outlet
Various administrative tasks

The ideal profile includes

Training in retail (EFZ), food sector
At least 2 years of professional experience
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Interest in developing leadership skills, we are happy to train you.
High self- and social competence
