Your tasks – our position
- Timely coding, optimised for revenue and compliant with hospital case audit requirements in various specialised medical fields, in accordance with SwissDRG rules
- Continuous development of coding practices and active professional exchange within the coding team
- Close collaboration with doctors and nursing staff to optimise medical documentation
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments as well as with the billing department
Your skills – our expectations
- Completed basic medical training or solid professional experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in coding; the federal specialist certificate in medical coding is an advantage
- Quick-wittedness and interest in professional and personal development
- Proficiency in MS Office and common coding and analysis tools
- Precise, independent and efficient working method
- Enjoyment of teamwork and colleague interaction
- Native German or French speaker with knowledge of the other language
