Your tasks

As an ICT specialist, you support our team in the maintenance and further development of our customers' IT infrastructures.

Your main tasks include:

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, notebooks and peripheral devices
• Management of user accounts and access rights
• Support in 1st and 2nd level support (remote and on site)
• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues
• Installation and maintenance of network components (routers, switches)
• Support in the administration of servers and cloud services
• Documentation of IT systems and support cases
• Participation in IT projects

Your profile

You are a motivated individual with an interest in modern IT and enjoy customer contact.

Ideally, you bring:

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of network technology (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• Independent and structured working style
• High customer and service orientation
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills
