Team Leader / Co-Leader for the Secure Residential Area (70-100%)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring holistic care and support of our guests according to the care mission statement and care process
• Professional and personnel management of the care team with around 30 employees
• Responsibility for staff deployment planning
• Management and quality assurance of the care process
• Leading case discussions and interdisciplinary exchanges
• Taking on daily responsibility in the residential area
• Commitment as a topic leader in specific specialist areas

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognised by the SRK
• Experience in staff deployment planning and ideally leadership experience
• Willingness to undertake or completed further training in leadership
• Clear, structured and at the same time appreciative leadership personality
• Independent working style, high action competence and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and humour - even in challenging situations
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
