Our wide and high-quality range of fresh meat, sausages, and catering specialties is available to both gastronomy and retail. Purchaser Food 80 - 100% (all) Your area of responsibility

Planning, monitoring, and procurement of assigned product groups (raw materials)
Obtaining price quotes
Contract conclusion based on decision-making criteria
Conducting negotiations and maintaining a sustainable supplier portfolio
Opening orders in CSB
Quality and declaration control of the items
Coordination and monitoring of delivery and dispatch dates
Maintenance of master data
Active support of sales, development, quality assurance, and production in day-to-day business and projects
Participation in assortment compilation and changes

Your profile:

Basic training as a cook or in the food industry
Experience in purchasing raw materials
Negotiation-safe German
Logical and networked thinking as well as an independent working style
Initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to help complete your profile
