The success of iwis smart connect is based on 380 dedicated employees and, together with two other companies, secures the future of the iwis smart connect division.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As a Logistics Clerk (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Creating delivery notes
• Organising parcel shipping
• Organising special transports
• Handling customs matters
• Freight forwarding shipping
• Checking freight invoices
• Maintaining packaging material accounts
• Coordinating and processing daily business
• Sending shipping notifications
• Documenting the shipping process and all necessary information
• Creating packaging data sheets

You bring with you:

• Commercial training with shipping experience or training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
• Experience in customs and shipping
• Knowledge of the ERP system SAP
• Team-oriented work and high social competence

• English spoken and written
