About the job
The Brunisberg Care Centre offers a total of 30 nursing places, of which 18 are provided in the premises of the "main building", primarily intended for geriatric care needs. The remaining 12 nursing places are housed in the "villa" and focus on the care of younger and older residents with psychosocial nursing requirements.
You enjoy working in nursing – and it fulfils you to pass on your knowledge and support others on their journey?
With us, you combine both: You take responsibility in the care and support of our residents and at the same time accompany our trainees on their path to becoming nursing specialists.
20% of your workload is specifically dedicated to vocational training. This means: time for questions, space to learn, and the opportunity to empower young people in their development. You share your experience, provide security, and help ensure that trainees become competent and committed professionals.
The remaining time you work as a qualified nursing specialist in everyday nursing – close to our residents, in exchange with the team, and where your experience counts daily.
What to expect with us
- You take nursing responsibility: Together with your team of 20 employees, you ensure professional, individual, and needs-based care of our residents
- You accompany our 4 trainees: Within your 20% vocational training share, you promote and support our trainees in everyday nursing, conduct learning support, and help them connect theory and practice
- You pass on your knowledge: You professionally guide employees and trainees, provide constructive feedback, and create an environment where questions can be asked and skills developed
- You keep an eye on nursing quality: You manage nursing documentation in CareCoach®, participate in handovers, and ensure professional implementation of our standards
- You work networked: You communicate with doctors, specialist agencies, relatives, and other internal and external partners
- You take responsibility in everyday life: This includes, among other things, medication management as well as participation in handovers, team meetings, and further training
