Our Mission

JUNG – the bakery that produces with passion and thinks holistically.

With us, you still get really good bread. From freshly prepared yeast to crispy bread takes two days. Baking is done in our own bakery in Zurich-Altstetten, sold fresh from the oven in our branches throughout the city.

And now it’s your turn!

For our branches in the city of Zurich we are looking for a committed individual who takes responsibility, likes to get involved and ensures together with the branch management that everything runs smoothly in the shop.

What to expect:

• You support the branch management in daily business and represent them in their absence.
• You coordinate processes, keep an overview and ensure smooth operations.
• You motivate your team, support new employees and lead by example.
• You delight our guests with warm service and high-quality products.

What you bring:

• Experience in sales, retail or hospitality, ideally with initial leadership responsibility
• Organisational talent, initiative and a good sense for people
• Enjoyment in guest contact and good German language skills
• A reliable, solution-oriented and team-oriented working style
• Flexibility for early shifts as well as weekend and public holiday duties
