Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Checking, coding and posting incoming payments
• Account reconciliations including intercompany reconciliations
• Clarification and processing of discrepancies and open items
• Conducting credit checks as well as monitoring and maintaining credit limits
• Creation, maintenance and verification of customer master data
• Monitoring of high-risk customer receivables and informing the responsible departments

Your Profile

• Commercial training, ideally with further education as an accounting clerk
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable
• Experience in dunning processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Good knowledge of French and English as well as fluent German skills
• Analytical and interconnected thinking, flair for numbers, conscientiousness as well as a structured and efficient way of working
