Your role:

• Strategic anchoring of process management within the LLB Group
• Development and implementation of a standardised CIP methodology based on process key figures
• Establishment and leadership of a CIP organisation including roles, responsibilities and governance
• Implementation of small and medium process optimisation and digitalisation projects
• Enabling departments to implement improvements independently
• Ensuring consistent end-to-end processes and modelling in ADONIS
• Leading a small team of experts

Your education and experience:

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in process management, in a complex organisation or in the financial services environment
• Solid practical experience in building and establishing CIP and process management (not just optimisation of individual processes)
• Experience with methods, governance and organisational development in the process environment
• Practical experience in modelling business processes, ideally with ADONIS
• Leadership experience with responsibility for teams and budget

You work with a specialised team of process management experts and in close cooperation with process owners as well as departments throughout the LLB Group.
