Who we are

At ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE, we care for around 100 residents in a family-like and natural environment in the Töss Valley. Our team of over 130 employees ensures that people feel safe, respected, and at home with us.

ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE also includes a hotel and seminar operation, around 50 rental apartments, a warehouse, two playgrounds, a fire pit, and our animal enclosures for alpacas, pygmy goats, mini pigs, and rabbits.

Your tasks

Do you want to work permanently on the night shift? With us, you can expect a fixed night model with a workload of 40–80%. During the night, you work in a team of three employees and jointly care for our approximately 100 residents. On-call support is available if needed.

• Ensuring professional care and support during the night
• Monitoring the health status of the residents
• Performing nursing and medical-technical tasks
• Documenting care services
• Contact person for emergency situations and collaboration with the day shift

What you bring with you

• Training as a Health Specialist or certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Recognised diploma in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
