To strengthen our Facility Management team at BWT AQUA AG, we are looking for you as

Deputy Head of Facility Management 100% (all)

You ensure that our infrastructure runs smoothly. You are technically skilled, like to get involved yourself and keep an overview even with several tasks? In this versatile role, you look after our buildings and facilities, coordinate external partners and represent the Head of Facility Management. You also contribute the requirements of later operations in new build and refurbishment projects.

Your tasks

Facility Management & Building Technology

• You represent the Head of Facility Management and coordinate ongoing tasks and external service providers in their absence.
• You contribute the requirements of Facility Management in new build and refurbishment projects and coordinate with construction management, architects, specialist planners and executing companies.
• You manage our facility management system (GreenGate).
• You manage our building control system.
• You programme and manage our KABA locking system.
• You identify optimisation potentials and implement improvements.

Technology & Projects

• You support the maintenance and optimisation of our technical systems and properties.
• You evaluate new systems and operating resources.
• You accompany the execution, commissioning and handover of new buildings and technical systems to operations; ensuring complete system documentation and following up on open points.
• You work on projects for the continuous improvement of our infrastructure.

Infrastructure & Organisation

• You plan and organise internal moves and carry them out.
• You participate in retrofit and optimisation projects of our systems.
• You manage the facility warehouse (e.g. extension cables and consumables).
• You take care of the maintenance of our outdoor facilities and support winter services.

Events & Internal Services

• You organise catering, company events and internal functions.
• You prepare meeting and event rooms and take care of setup and dismantling afterwards.
• You look after our guests.
• You organise catering, decorations and gifts.
• You take on versatile special tasks in facility management.

Your profile

• You have a completed apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, or a comparable completed training, ideally supplemented by further training in facility management or building technology.
• You bring experience in technical facility management as well as in accompanying new build or refurbishment projects and are familiar with collaboration with construction management, planners and craft businesses.
• Interest in building technology, energy efficiency and digital systems.
• You are familiar with MS Office; experience with facility management software is essential.
• You have an independent, structured and reliable working style and organisational skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
• You communicate clearly and reliably with internal contacts and external companies and can coordinate work purposefully.
• You enjoy a versatile role with administrative and practical tasks and bring team spirit, service orientation and initiative.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
