Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 174 living places available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
The 11-member team of the residential offer "Löwenhof" supports around 36 adults with predominantly psychological impairments who live in their own apartments in Kreuzlingen. Care is provided 365 days a year - during the day with presence time and at night on call. Due to a retirement, we look forward to a new team leader who represents the interests of the team and clients, appreciates the existing self-organized working method, and actively further develops this attitude.

What distinguishes you
- Tertiary education in social pedagogy or nursing
- Extensive experience in supporting people with psychological impairments, ideally in an outpatient setting
- Participative, appreciative, and coaching leadership style with corresponding experience
- Willingness to work about one weekend and four nights on call per month
- Solution-oriented personality with strong communication and organizational skills
