About the job

For our care facilities Neuhegi and Hegi in Gern, we are looking for a care worker from 17 August 2026 or by arrangement. You will work during 39 teaching weeks from Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm. On three days, you will accompany mixed-age children groups in the Neuhegi care (kindergarten to middle school) in the open-restaurant concept. On two days, you will work in the Hegi care in Gern (kindergarten and primary level) in the group system.

Your Tasks

Support the care and group management in organising the daily routine

Care for and promote kindergarten and school children

Work independently, responsibly and as part of a team in various sized operations

Participate in planning activities and projects for the children

Support the care team in all household tasks

Your Profile

Qualification as a care professional or experience with children in school complementary care

Understanding of foreign cultures and diversity

Humorous, empathetic and patient working style

Enjoyment in getting to know different care concepts

Flexibility, resilient and team-oriented personality
