Mechanic in Shift Work (m/f/d)

- Ensuring the optimal technical operational readiness of our production facilities within the framework of 3-shift operation.
- Carrying out regular inspection rounds to monitor the machines and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
- Diagnosing and analysing system faults as well as initiating and implementing optimisation measures.
- Responsibility for maintenance work within the framework of preventive maintenance strategies.
- Close cooperation with all foreman positions and operating personnel to ensure a smooth production process.
- Taking on general workshop tasks as needed to support the team.
- Checking and controlling safety devices to ensure a safe and protected working environment.
- Identifying and eliminating technical weaknesses to continuously improve plant performance.
Qualifications:
- Your good German language skills, both spoken and written, enable smooth communication.
- Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or maintenance specialist.
- You are willing to work in 3-shift operation and adapt flexibly to the challenges.
- You bring relevant professional experience in the areas of pneumatics, hydraulics and welding.
- You work in a team-oriented manner, show a high level of commitment and are resilient as well as reliable.
- Your working method is quality-conscious, safe and always clean.
- A quick grasp and the ability to think in networks distinguish you.
- You have sound mechanical knowledge as well as a general technical understanding.
