The "ESPRI" Association is advertising a position for an Activity Manager Solar Installer, Electrician Installer, Carpenter or Roofer (M/F) CFC at 100%.
ESPRI develops, on its own initiative or on behalf of public and private organisations, professional activities, courses, individual support and services enabling anyone to gradually integrate into the job market.
Your tasks:
In direct connection with our solar project partners, you will be involved in the execution and monitoring of various photovoltaic construction sites.
• Coordination with solar project partners
• Leading a team of photovoltaic solar installers in training, acquiring skills and professional experience
Main responsibilities:
• Organise, carry out and supervise construction sites with adults seeking employment
• Promote the development of professional skills of the beneficiaries
• Assess the beneficiaries’ achievements according to set objectives
• Develop new partnerships and contribute to the sustainability of existing collaborations
• Plan, execute and ensure the follow-up of various administrative tasks related to the position
• Prepare and monitor quotes and invoices, in collaboration with the relevant contacts
• Ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of completed work
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety instructions and quality standards
• Guarantee the quality of work execution and the smooth running of construction sites
Profile:
• Successful experience in the photovoltaic field
• CFC as solar installer, electrician installer, carpenter or roofer
• Holder of the Socioprofessional Master (MSP) diploma, an advantage
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a sense of listening and the ability to establish a climate of trust, while being able to transmit skills, empower and provide individualised support to beneficiaries in developing their autonomy.
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
• Ability to assess beneficiaries’ achievements according to set objectives
• Aptitude and interest in acquiring knowledge related to the preparation of quotes and invoices
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Driving licence B essential
