In the daily routine of Social Services, the Finance & Controlling department ensures that everything runs smoothly financially in the background, so that the focus can be on supporting people in the foreground. The position offers far more than classic accounting and thrives on close exchange with different departments as well as active, service-oriented collaboration.Your Tasks
- Responsibility for accounts payable accounting from verification through coding to clarification of invoices and reminders
- Ensuring timely invoicing, account management and execution of payments
- Hub function for financial issues and administrative coordination
- Collaboration in controlling, especially in budgeting, forecasts, annual financial statements and evaluations
- Support and participation in audits, projects and events
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) with further education in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and interest in applying skills in a social environment
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and appreciate exchange with different stakeholders
- Confident use of Excel, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- You think ahead, contribute and are keen to take on responsibility
