For the professional management and further development of our projects, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated individual as a Project Manager Construction.
What is your job?
- Overall responsibility for the project management of construction projects
- Technical and organisational leadership of projects from planning to billing
- Coordination and communication with clients, authorities, planners as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring of schedule, quality, and cost targets
- Leadership and support of site managers
- Risk, claims, and contract management
- Ensuring an efficient and economical project process
What do you bring?
- Training as a certified master builder, Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Civil Engineering or ETH University Civil Engineering Planning / Site Management or comparable qualification
- Comprehensive technical and business understanding
- Several years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial working style
- Confident handling of digital construction administration and planning tools
