For our Zurich location, we are looking for a competent specialist in technical administration.

Your main tasks are:

• Managing construction sites in the area of new and renovation construction independently
• Work preparation (AVOR)
• Monitoring construction execution
• Scheduling of employees, machines, and materials
• Deadline monitoring and compliance
• Cost and quality controls
• Preparation of invoices
• Calculations and post-calculations
• Collaboration in a team of entrepreneurially minded construction managers
• Organization of processes - professionally competent, organizationally skilled, economically thought out

You should bring the following:

• Completed training as a construction manager, certified master builder, or FH civil engineer
• Solid technical and business knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in new and renovation construction
• High initiative and independent working style
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Solution-oriented, structured, and team-oriented thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
• Willingness for personal and professional development
• Friendly demeanor, respectful manners, and strong communication skills
