Role:
For our Rocken partner, an exciting commercial role in accounting awaits you, where you independently manage various tasks and keep an overview of daily processes. You work closely with various internal contacts, coordinate your activities independently, and thus make an important contribution to smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounts receivable and ensure reliable processing of outstanding receivables including dunning
You support the accounts payable and take on various ongoing booking tasks
You prepare the quarterly VAT returns and ensure timely processing
You take on various administrative and organisational tasks in daily commercial business
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
You bring practical experience in accounts receivable
You are familiar with the preparation and processing of VAT returns
Experience in an SME or commercial environment is an advantage
You have good PC and ERP user skills
You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
