Exclusively for Eldora in Zurich, we offer a position in communal catering from November or December as:
Chef de Partie 100 %Job Description- Production of meals for lunch service, catering and special events
- Setting up and dismantling buffets and food distribution
- Organising, coordinating and supervising own station
- Using materials and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensuring cleaning of utensils, kitchen and ancillary rooms according to plan
- Checking stock levels and deliveries
Over 1000 lunch menus are cooked daily on site, meeting the highest standards in a modern working environment.
Desired Profile- Completed professional training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and several years of professional experience
- Experience in communal catering and cooking in large quantities
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Reliability, physical resilience and a sense of responsibility are a must
- Willingness to learn new things should be present
- Fluent German skills and good English skills are required
