In this strategically important role, you will take overall responsibility for sales and market development in Switzerland together with a team of 60 dedicated employees. With a clear vision and implementation strength, you will shape the future sales strategy, ensure sustainable growth, and promote a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer orientation. You will strengthen Swisspearl's market position with architects, planners, distributors, and construction companies. In close cooperation with marketing and product management, you will ensure that Swisspearl is perceived in the market as a leading brand for quality, design, and sustainability.
