Your main tasks
As a Specialist Woman/Man in Facility Maintenance, you work in our technical service. You keep our buildings in good condition and ensure that our residents feel comfortable with us. You monitor and regulate building technology systems such as heating and fire alarm systems, intervene in case of malfunctions, and carry out minor repairs independently.
Garden, painting, and general cleaning work also belong to your tasks, as well as waste management. In winter, you assist with snow clearance.
To complete your training, you also undertake an external internship.
