About the job
We are looking for reinforcement for our gravel, concrete and recycling plant: a reliable, down-to-earth and committed individual who likes to get stuck in. As a floater, you will be deployed wherever you are needed – thereby making an important contribution to a safe and smooth production process.
You will mainly work on our construction machinery. If required, you will also support the incoming inspection (weighbridge), maintenance or the feeding of the screening/crushing plant. Do you enjoy variety and remain flexible? Then this could be exactly your next position.
Your tasks- Operating the wheel loader for loading, unloading and stock management
- Supporting maintenance, repair and cleaning work
- Sampling, checking and documenting material samples according to quality assurance specifications
- Operating the incoming weighbridge (after appropriate introduction and training)
- Feeding our screening/crushing plant
- Active participation in the optimisation of workflows, processes and technical equipment
- Recognising, reporting and assisting in resolving malfunctions, irregularities and safety deficiencies
- Adhering to and consistently implementing occupational safety and environmental regulations
- Technical or manual basic training (e.g. plant operator, mechanic, construction practitioner) or equivalent
- Experience as a construction machinery operator is an advantage (certificates M2, M3)
- Experience in the gravel, concrete or building materials industry is an advantage
- Good technical understanding as well as practical and solution-oriented thinking
- High sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and willingness to take on cross-departmental responsibility
- Language: Good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
