What you will do with us

• Conducting and supervising consultations, ward rounds and performance tests (assessments)
• Discussing treatment courses within the interprofessional team of therapy, nursing and medicine
• Joint goal setting with patients and reviewing treatment successes
• Taking over and further developing professional leadership, training and supervision of assistant physicians as well as close cooperation with the multiprofessional team
• Further development of value-based healthcare and integrated care at iPR.

What you bring with you

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent) or related field
• Experience in general practice, rehabilitation or performance diagnostics is an advantage
• Confident handling of somatic and psychological complexity
• Clear, appreciative communication, empathy and high social competence
