Your tasks:

• Independent processing and coordination of transport orders 
• Participation in the dispatch of vehicles and tours 
• Coordination with drivers, freight forwarders, and internal departments 
• Deadline monitoring and response to short-term changes 
• Order entry, verification, and maintenance in the ERP system 
• Creation and control of transport and freight documents 

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in logistics or transport environment
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport is an advantage
• Interest in production and transport processes
• Structured, reliable working style – even under time pressure 
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness 
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• German as a native language and good French skills
