Responsibilities

• Production and processing of meat and sausage products according to company recipes
• Professional cutting, disassembling, and portioning of meat
• Operation and maintenance of production equipment and tools
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Inspection of raw materials and proper storage of products
• Implementation of production planning and adherence to prescribed procedures
• Active participation in a collegial production team

Qualifications

• Completed training as a meat specialist, butcher, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in meat processing or food production is an advantage
• Good knowledge of hygiene and quality regulations
• Precise, reliable, and independent working style
• Enjoyment in handling high-quality food and traditional butcher craftsmanship
• Physical resilience and willingness to work in a lively production environment
• Good German language skills
