Project Manager, Transition & Business Support (a) 100%- Project management for the implementation of new and integral mandates, from planning to project completion
- Managing all tasks and processes within the project and active participation in ongoing projects
- Responsibility for the qualitative and financial results of the projects Coordinating and leading internal and external meetings Supporting and advising clients and internal staff during all project phases as the main contact person
- Assisting with submissions, offers and documentation
- Training and supporting operational staff to ensure a smooth mandate start
- Several years of experience in project management
- Several years of professional experience in facility management is an advantage
- Project management certification (IPMA, PMP) is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent and structured way of working
- Flexibility regarding project-related deployment locations in Zurich and Eastern Switzerland
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
- Business fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
