Apprentice Specialist Customer Dialogue
This is what you do:
- You represent the company Wincasa as the first point of contact externally and handle various customer concerns related to housing (by phone or email) in German and French
- You efficiently record customer interactions in our database
- You resolve concerns within the defined competencies at the first contact
- Concerns that are not within your area of competence are forwarded in a structured manner to our branches throughout Switzerland
- You take on the hub function between craftsmen, property managers, and tenants
